Georgetown University's School of Continuing Studies offers a Medical Institute for high school students who are interested in potentially coming to GU for the pre-med program. You can read more about the program here.
This website was created by Laura Guidry-Grimes, who is a doctoral student in the Philosophy Department at GU. She was a guest lecturer during the summers of 2013 and 2014 for the Medical Institute. One day a week for four weeks, 100-150 high school students met for 1.5-3 hours with Laura, discussing the basics of ethics and bioethics.
